Preparations are underway for this year’s Rosyth Gala and the team has just had their tombola fundraiser.
Thanks to its organiser Carol Smith, the tombola raised £222 for the gala.
There is also a hampers fundraiser which has over 20 quality hampers up for grabs, as well as vouchers and a cash prize. Prizes will be drawn on the Gala Day.

There will now be two final meetings before the big event. One on May 15 for the committee, and then the final meeting on May 22, which will be to allocate tasks for the day.
If you think you might be able to help in some way, then you can go along to either meeting to offer support.
As previously reported in the Press, this year’s event will take place on Saturday, May 25, and it will kick off in Public Park at noon. There will be the crowning of the Gala Party, activities, events, market stalls, displays, face painting, music, funfair rides, pony rides, and more.
